The starlet continued to pave the way for strong females as she handed out the first ever Wonder Woman Scholarship during the Hollywood Reporter’s Women In Entertainment Breakfast in LA Wednesday.
The DC Comics powerhouse, 32, looked elegant-as-ever in a perfectly-tailored frock as she and pop star Justin Timberlake announced the prize-winner.

The star, who was a member of the Israeli military during her youth, adorned her look with well-polished red earrings along with several dazzling rings and a delicate tennis bracelet.
Besides her actor/musician Justin Timberlake looked dapper in a white tuxedo shirt and lapeled jacket.

‘[These women] have overcome so many challenges in their lives, and they’re driven to do more. They’re the true leaders of tomorrow.’
Then Gal praised the undergrad who’d be receiving the honor.
‘She’s strong-minded, opinionated and gutsy. She wants to be a screenwriter, and she’s already impressed everyone who knows her,’ the star said, continuing: ‘Her fellow mentees, her professors and everyone in this room who’s met her.

‘She won’t be able to continue at LMU without this funding [and] similar to many other great young women in this program, her education is hanging by a thread,’ explained the star.
Though the undergrad was surprised by her win, the excited scholar still had a few quips for the stars.
‘I knew something was up! Y’all are sneaky!’ she said to Gal and producer Laurie, her mentor.

Late last month Gal sat down with comedian Kumail Nanjiani, star of The Big Sick, while covering Variety’s ‘Actors on Actors’ issue, who asked what it was like to take the role of the iconic Amazon.
‘It was the first time for me — as a woman, a girl, a female — that I saw an image of strong women that are beautiful and confident and can take care of themselves,’ she said.
‘I was shocked by it, and then I was more shocked by the fact that I never saw anything like that,’ the star continued.
