I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! viewers have praised Sam Thompson and Marvin Humes for keeping the camp entertained.

The Made In Chelsea star, 31, and the JLS singer, 38, created their own film during Tuesday night’s episode and left fans in stitches with their antics.

The pair have grown close during the past two weeks on the ITV reality show and viewers took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to gush over their ‘bromance’.

Sharing their love for the new pals, one fan wrote: ‘Look how much fun the camp are having now! Incredible film and sequel there by Sam and Marvin!’

Another said: ‘Sam and Marvin are hilarious. As if they’ve just mad up a film hahah,’ a third commented: ‘If that movie by Sam and Marvin isn’t made, we riot.’

Another tweeted: ‘Love that Marvin plays along with Sam to keep him entertained what a pure soul.’

One gushed: ‘Sam has lit up this series, he’s so positive and brings the rest of the camp up with him, the winner.’

The scenes saw Sam and Marvin create their own movie, before Josie Gibson got involved in their fun antics.

Sam starred as a character called Merf, who had been dealing with hard times after being suspended from work, while Marvin portrayed a sheriff called Axwell in their movie.

As they acted out a scene, Josie asked: ‘What are you doing? You just made up a film like that?’

Marvin explained the plot, saying: ‘Basically, he [Sam as Merf] got suspended from work, he hit the bottle hard, his wife died in the line of duty so they do feel sorry for him.

‘He just went to AA on a six week course. In the meantime I [Axwell] stepped up as sheriff.’

Sam added: ‘Merf’s never been the same. He always throws himself into danger…’

The pair then acted out a scene where Merf tragically died in Axwell’s arms as they brought some drama to their film.

Josie then asked to be in the film and created her own character as she got involved in their creation.

She said of her character: ‘I’m like a real power chick who wears a suit all the time. You all want to sleep with me, but I hate you. Everyone fancies me. I love it.’

Marvin asked: ‘What’s your character’s name?’ to which Josie said: ‘Patricia,’ and Marvin excitedly added: ‘Patty!’

In the Bush Telegraph, Josie explained: ‘I am the lieutenant of the whole station. They’ve had to bring me in to find T-bone [Tony] now because he’s killed our sheriff.’

Sam explained that Tony – as T-bone – had a backstory where he’d killed someone with a T-bone, to which Marvin said: ‘Savage!’

Sam added: ‘Now he’s got a penchant for killing people with different foods.’

He added in the Bush Telegraph: ‘I love it, we came up with Axwell and Merf. Two detectives, setting the world right, cleaning up the town.’

It comes after Sam was nominated as the first camp leader of the 2023 series and picked Marvin as his deputy as they grew closer.

The pals also got Josie Gibson involved in their film as she became amused by their antics and asked to get involved

Sam said of his choice at the time: ‘We’re going to smash it. The reason I picked Marvin is because he’s the one, when I’m being stupid, to be like, “Mate, you probably shouldn’t do that.”‘

Fans gushed over their friendship and said they make a ‘great time’ as they supported the close pals.

However, viewers were left in shock on Monday after Marvin ended up in the bottom two and narrowly avoided being eliminated.

He was revealed to be in the bottom two alongside Nella Rose, with the YouTube star, 26, becoming the second star to be voted off, after receiving the least amount of votes.

While the episode was airing, Marvin’s wife Rochelle Humes was at London’s Royal Albert Hall for the British Fashion Awards 2023.

However, the TV presenter, 34, ditched the star-studded event early and rushed home to get ready to catch her flight to Australia, in the hopes that she will make it there on time to greet her husband.

Viewers at home were in disbelief that Marvin had ended up in the bottom two of the public vote, thinking that he would’ve been safe over other campmates.

One person took to Twitter to ask: ‘Someone explain why Marvin was in the bottom 2’ while another echoed: ‘WHY WAS MARVIN IN THE BOTTOM TWO??????’

A third fan wrote: ‘Get Marvin some more screen time. Can’t believe he was in the bottom two! He’s such a good guy’.

Someone else agreed, tweeting: ‘what do you mean “marvin…. it might be you”… and still not nigel??? gave two of my votes to marvin. he cant leave yet.. he needs to be in the final with sam’.

And another admitted: ‘heart actually dropped when they said it may have been marvin, that man deserves to stay to the end’.
