The actress stepped up her style by donning an ensemble fit for the stables as she grabbed a large hot beverage and sandwich in Los Angeles.

However it was lower half which took her fashion to new heights as she wore black jodphurs brown panels on the inner thigh.

The blonde – who aptly donned a ponytail – teamed the riding trousers with black half chaps that fitted around her heeled brown boots.

She topped off the cool clothing with beige sunglasses frames as she juggled her food and car keys in preparation to make a swift getaway.

The usually 𝑠e𝑥y star’s casual get-up is a step up from her double denim look earlier this week.

The Rum Diaries star was spotted with her Yorkshire Terrier, who is called Pistol after the blonde’s love of guns, as they returned from a stroll in New York.

While the canine’s fur displayed shocking accents of pink she covered up her jeans and matching shirt in a camel-coloured blazer-style coat.

Heard has spent the past few months in the Big Apple filming new comedy Syrup – an adaptation of Max Barry’s novel of the same name.

The movie tells the story of ‘a slacker who hatches a million-dollar idea. But, in order to see it through, he has to learn to trust his attractive corporate counterpart’.

Syrup also stars Kellun Lutz, Brittany Snow and Josh Pais.

She is next set to star in Motor City alongside Oscar nominee Gary Oldman and Dominic Cooper – playing the latter’s ex-girlfriend.
