The 31-year-old, who earlier this year split from billionaire business mogul Elon Musk, seemed to have gone bra-less beneath a tight black top.

She shaded her face with a camel-colored hat that featured an indented crown, draping herself in a robe-like floral wrap.

The ex-Mrs. Johnny Depp accessorized with a sleek black purse, a pair of purple sunglasses, and a couple of necklaces.

Amber played up her slender legs in fitted, high-waisted jeans, and she added that extra bit of flair to the look with snakeskin-patterned boots.

She and Elon had been linked by TMZ as far back as last July, but by this August, Elon confirmed the swirl of rumors that they had called it quits.

On August 7, Amber had posted an Instagram collage of two photos – one of her combing her hair with a fork, one of Ariel in The Little Mermaid doing the same.

Elon, 46, complimented her in a comment, then in another comment wrote: ‘Btw, just to clear up some of the press storm this weekend, although Amber and I did break up, we are still friends, remain close and love one another.’

He went on: ‘Long distance relationships when both partners have intense work obligations are always difficult, but who knows what the future holds.’

The next day, Amber herself wrote in an Instagram caption: ‘Being in the public eye means having to explain yourself to so many people, so much of the time. In this case, I’d like to remain more quiet.’

She wrote that ‘Although we have broken up, Elon and I care deeply for one another and remain close. Thank you for the continued support, respect, and privacy during these difficult, very human times.’

Amber, who’s told Metro of her own 𝑠e𝑥uality that ‘I don’t label myself one way or another’ and who’s dated photographer Tasya van Ree, married Johnny in 2015.

Yet the following May 23, she filed for divorce, and within a week won a restraining order against him, claiming he’d verbally and physically abused her.

By that August, they’d reached an agreement whereby she’d scrap the restraining order and get a $7 million divorce settlement, which she said she’d give to charity.

Johnny decided to give the money directly to the groups of her choice, Children’s Hospital and the American Civil Liberties Union, according to TMZ.

It was not lost on Amber’s team that this meant he’d get the tax deduction, and they told TMZ Johnny ought to correct for this by doubling the $7 million to $14 million.

‘If Johnny wishes to change the settlement agreement, we must insist that he honor the full amount by donating $14M to charity, which after accounting for his tax deduction, is equal to his $7M payment obligation to Amber,’ said they.

As Johnny’s plan was to give the $7 million in increments, Amber’s team ‘would also insist that the full amount be paid immediately and not drawn out over many years.’

Amber’s divorce from 54-year-old Johnny was finalized in January, at which time the settlement remained at $7 million, TMZ reported.
