Emma Stone sports T-shirt with the name of the composer for Poor Things as she poses with director Yorgos Lanthimos for Kinds Of Kindness film

Emma Stone sported a T-shirt with the name of the score composer for Poor Things as she posed for a portrait with Kinds Of Kindness director Yorgos Lanthimos.

The Oscar-winning actress, 35, has been in the south of France since Kinds Of Kindness premiered on Friday night at the 77th Annual Cannes Film Festival.

Posing for a portrait photograph with Yorgos, 50, on Saturday, Emma’s top bore the name Jerskin Fendrix – an English composer and musician responsible for the quirky Poor Things score.

Kinds Of Kindness is Emma and Yorgos’s third joint venture, after critically-acclaimed features Poor Things [2023] and The Favourite [2018].

For the portrait, Emma looked glowing as she paired the tribute top with an orange blazer and skirt-co-ord and black stilettos.

Emma’s signature fiery locks were swept up into a high ponytail as she sported a cat-eye eyeliner look and donned a pearl necklace and a pair of diamond drop earrings.

Meanwhile, Yorgos looked dapper in a slightly oversized dark green blazer, which had a black T-shirt underneath. He also wore a pair of black trousers with thin silver and gold stripes.

Emma stars as Rita in Kinds Of Kindness alongside stars Margaret Qualley, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Hong Chau, Hunter Schafer, and Joe Alwyn, among others.

The film is described as ‘triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader,’ according to Variety.

Emma recently won her second Oscar for Best Actress for Poor Things, which also earned Yorgos a nomination for Best Director.

And it has since been revealed that the pair will work together on a fourth project, conspiracy feature Bugonia.

Emma will lead the flick, which will be centred on two men who kidnap an influential CEO after becoming convinced that the individual is secretly an alien.

The actress is also set to be again joined by Jesse in the feature, which is based on the 2003 Korean film Save the Green Planet.

Producer Kyoungboum Ko also stated that he expected Yorgos’s work to ‘ignite a dynamic chemical fusion with his unique style and the novelty of the narrative.’

Emma first collaborated with the director on his dark comedy feature The Favourite, which was released in 2018.

The film also starred Olivia Colman and Rachel Weisz, and the former took home the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role.
