However, the problem here is that considering the story line, Cooler is an irregular character, basically non-existent. Therefore, for Cooler to officially achieve this status, it needs a greater expansion of villains in the Dragon Ball world. It can be said that Cooler is just too dark to be a side story character so we haven’t seen his Golden Form yet.
