    3. Trim the top and bottom of the bottle necks to create two flat surfaces.
    4. Next, fill the cavity of the bottle with the ground meat mixture. Use firm pressure to tightly compact the meat together.
    5. Place the stuffed bottle section onto a smaller round flat surface that is smaller in area than the cut section of the bottle.
    6. Position the aluminum or bamboo skewer in the middle of the bottle neck, ensuring that the body of the skewer extends about 4-5 cm on each end.
    7. Apply strong manual pressure by squeezing firmly, and the skewer along with the meat will be pushed out from the bottle neck, forming a skewer shape with a length that can be adjusted according to your preference.
    8. Repeat the process for the remaining skewers.
