The Reds were trailing when Nunez came on in the 56th minute, but the Uruguayan helped the hosts win 2-1.
Nunez assisted both of Liverpool’s second-half goals, which came within three minutes of each other.

Nunez has reversed his status this season, becoming a fan favorite after losing his place in the team during the second half of last season.
The 24-year-old did not start the opening leg of Liverpool’s Carabao Cup semi-final, which was disappointing, but Klopp explained why.
