Kim Kardashian has come under fire for changes to her appearance that have fans speculating about cosmetic procedures she could have undergone recently

Kim Kardashian’s appearance has been a topic of conversation with fans in recent weeks as her looks appear to be going through a period of transition.

Fans first noticed a big difference in Kim’s look when throwback footage of her before she found fame on Keeping Up With The Kardashians was shared on Sky’s documentary House Of Kardashian. At the time, fans of the SKIMS founder noted how drastically different she was looking as they speculated about cosmetic procedures she has undergone.

Then, earlier this week, Kim found herself being critiqued after she sat courtside with her son Saint at a basketball game. Fans saw them sit down to take in the Season Tournament quarterfinal between the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns at the Crypto.com Arena in LA.

Photos of Kim at the game were shared on social media, with many fans convinced she had “botched” surgery which has forced her nostril to “collapse”. Some accused the Kardashians star of trying to “hide” any surgery she might have had by wearing huge sunglasses.

Kim spent most of the indoor game sat wearing her sunglasses. “Notice how she’s always covering up her face whenever up and about/public outings,” one fan said as the snaps were shared on Reddit. “Ooof. That nose is too small for her face (particularly those overfilled cheeks),” another critic said. A third person added: “I agree. It looks like her nose filler has worn off, after seeing these pics she’ll get it touched up again.”

Now fans have speculated further about Kim’s changing face after she stepped out to a swanky event in Las Vegas. She posed in a slinky black backless dress with silver jewellery, including necklaces and rings. Kim wore her long brown hair in a slightly wavy style and had a full face of glam as she held up a peace sign and smiled for pictures.

Many claimed she had lumps across her jaw that hinted at cosmetic procedures. “She just needs to stop with these procedures,” one Reddit fan wrote. “The more she does, the horse she looks. Those lips, the makeup, the chisel, – TOO MUCH!” A second added: “The jaw implants are implanting.” A third chimed in: “She wants to look like a pretty pretty little precious feminine princess and here she is. Kim has consistently denied claims she has had plastic surgery and also insisted she has never had filler in her face. “I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips,” she revealed to Allure.

Kim has always been surrounded by questions about her nose, with some people convinced she had surgery on it. However, she says it’s all down to clever contouring. “People always say I’ve had a nose job and they’ll use before and after pictures, but the after picture is really taken before,” Kim told Harper’s Bazaar.
