Francois shares Mathilde and his son François Pinault, 26, with ex-wife Dorothée Lepère, who is a French interior designer.

Meanwhile the two men kept it dapper in their suits as they sandwiched themselves between the two women.

Earlier in the day, Salma and Francois were seen arriving at Venice’s Marco Polo Airport in preparation for the evening event.

Salma looked incredible chic as she paired a black pinstriped jacket with some wide legged denim jeans.

All about the accessories, she popped on a black beret, mustard silk scarf and stylish black shades as she smiled in the snaps.
