The mother-of-two wore her caramel locks tied back from her face and sheltered her eyes from the New York summer sunshine with aviator shades.

Jennifer carried her iPhone in one hand and a bottle of water for hydration in the other as she headed to her workout.

The Shades Of Blue star’s appearance comes as her boyfriend of six months, former New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, 42, heaped praise on her amazing figure.

In an interview with Us Weekly magazine, the sportsman said: ‘Jennifer is an incredible athlete. We work out together, we workout apart.

‘She’s a former star athlete going back to junior high [and] high school. And we both just love the fitness space, we like to work out.’

The high-profile couple have been dating since February and have taken their romance to a string of exotic locations, including , the South of France, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic and Miami.

Alex was previously married to Cynthia Scurtis from 2002 until 2008, while Jennifer has been the wife of exes waiter Ojani Noa, backing dancer Cris Judd and musician Marc Anthony.

He told People: ‘She’s amazing at everything. She’s genetically blessed, she’s physically gifted with an incredible amount of physical energy, but also this beautiful amount of mental and emotional energy.

‘She’s very connected to her body, and she’s got crazy discipline. And I’m not just saying that — it’s a pleasure to work with someone who is as dialed into her overall wellness as Jennifer is.
