The CBS soap star recently shared a slide on Instagram that featured a scenario… “You meet your 18-year-old self, you’re allowed three words. What do you say?”

Hope then shared what she would say to a younger version of herself, “Honor your boundaries… or… trust yourself more,” then asked fans, “What about you?”

Fans quickly listed their three words of wisdom to their younger selves, including Kathy Carlin-Houle, who shared, “Trust your instincts,” while Kaylius Donahue stated, “Follow your dreams,” and Veronica Pryor posted something that most of us can look back on and agree with and added, “Listen to mom.”
