Mbappe’s first goal of the day arrived just 155 seconds into the game when he found the net with a perfectly-timed volley following a deep cross by Ousmane Dembele.

His second was a tap-in set up by Carlos Soler just before the hour-mark.

Mbappe then sealed his latest hat-trick in the 82nd minute with a sharp finish from 10 yards following a cutback from Bradley Barcola.

Saturday’s win took PSG top of the Ligue 1 table, replacing Nice – who had dropped two points in a 0-0 draw at Montpellier on Friday.
