Dante Interrogates Austin, Will Austin Confess About Nikolas?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will interrogate Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).

Austin decides to cooperate with the police after seeing Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) interrogate Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey)-will he confess what he knows about Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss)?

General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Likely Already Knows Nikolas Cassadine Survived

Dante likely already knows Nikolas survived, since he’s Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) son and involved with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) Nikolas’ cousin, who also knows, probably from her mother.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) told Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) right after she told Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Sonny knows because he found out helping Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Dante was with another detective when they searched Spoon Island for Nikolas’ body and found only the broken watch that Ava had given him in the tack closet.

Ava tried to keep from squirming while Austin remained cool as a cucumber-no wonder, he knew Nikolas wasn’t dead-he and Mason moved him.

Austin himself put Nikolas on life support once he was stabilized and he was staying in Austin’s house in Pautauk!

GH Spoilers – Austin Gatlin-Holt Needs To Come Clean-About Everything!

In order to protect himself and his career, regardless of Ava’s anger, he needs to come clean-about everything! So Austin will include what he knows about Nikolas and that he and Mason saved him after Ava thought she killed him, and defied Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) orders.

Austin will also likely tell the truth about Cyrus, and that he was the one who talked Cyrus into calling off the hit he wanted Mason to do on Ava.

If he doesn’t flip on Mason, Mason will flip on him in a heartbeat to save his own skin-and indeed, he threatened to, and then there’s the attempted smothering.

Mason would gladly have TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) compelled to testify he saw Austin trying to murder him, although TJ was tempted himself.

General Hospital Spoilers – Yes, He’ll Even Flip On Cyrus Renault

Austin doesn’t believe Cyrus’ conversion and redeemed life any more than he believes his cousin Mason was ever a choir boy-he’ll flip on Cyrus as well as Mason.

He’ll be completely cooperative with the police and tell Dante everything he knows, and that means everything, knowing that’s the only way to protect himself.

Yes, he did testify at Cyrus’ parole hearing as his doctor but even that was under duress-he partially blames himself for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) nearly getting killed.

Austin will be a regular tell all novel by the time he gets done talking to Dante. He may even solicit a little witness protection for himself, even though he’s not going anywhere.
