The Young and the Restless: Gloria’s Scandalous Affair – Chelsea Rescues Billy from a Fight

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 22, reveals that Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will save Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) from a Thanksgiving catastrophe by offering food and the use of Society.

Lauren will complain about Gloria Bardwell (Judith Chapman) showing up with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) out of the blue and demanding a traditional holiday meal.

Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will also be there when Gloria comes blowing in with Michael.

After being in and out of prison in Singapore for the last six months, Gloria will milk what she’s been through for all it’s worth.

When everyone demands answers about the legal drama, Michael will threaten to offer updates if Gloria won’t.

Over dinner, Gloria will admit she had an affair with a diplomat, but then his wife caught them together.

As Gloria was clearing her things out of the closet, she stole three pairs of the wife’s designer shoes and a silk cocktail dress.

The husband was actually the one who pressed charges, so Gloria will act like he had a lot of gall!

Fortunately, Michael was able to get Gloria off the hook using a bogus mistaken identity defense, so she’ll be especially grateful for her talented son this year.

At Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) penthouse, she’ll be joined by Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd), Daniel Romalotti Jr, (Michael Graziadei) and eventually Abby.

Since they’ll all be together, Devon will push Mamie to reveal what Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) real intentions are.

Mamie will ultimately confess that this isn’t about Tucker grabbing Chancellor-Winters for himself.

This is about Tucker’s desire to protect Devon’s future and ensure a legacy for Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware).

Since Tucker never believed Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) had any rights to all of Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) company, Mamie will insist Tucker believes Devon is the true Chancellor heir.

Mamie will also push Devon and Lily to consider whether it’d really be so bad if Jill got pushed out and they could run things without outside interference.

At the GCAC, Tucker will quiz Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) about her relationship with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), so she’ll suggest he might be jealous.

Tucker will admit that in some alternate universe, maybe he would’ve been the perfect match with Audra.

Although Audra and Tucker are too much alike in this reality, he’ll think Audra is an incredible woman who deserves better than someone like Kyle.

After Tucker gets a text from Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) asking him to meet up for a drink, he’ll initially refuse to respond.

Audra will act like Tucker loves the game before pointing out that you can love someone and hate someone at the same time.

Once Tucker decides to see how far Ashley will take this, he’ll text back and agree to have a drink in the jazz lounge.

Audra will warn that Tucker’s going to blow this plan of his right out of the water if he can’t get Ashley out of his head.

At the Abbott house, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will once again try to convince Ashley to skip her attempt to bring Tucker and Devon together for Thanksgiving.

Although Ashley will act like she’ll try to be back in time for dinner, Jack won’t have high hopes.

Next on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will seem distracted by his phone, so Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) will assume he’s worried about his involvement with Audra.

Diane will admit she’s worried too, but Kyle will deny being concerned and will act like he’s got everything under control.

Later, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will mention the news that Kyle’s decided to accept the COO position, so he’ll ask what changed Kyle’s mind.

Kyle will wonder if it matters, so Billy will guess not as long as Kyle’s sincere.

After Kyle asks if Billy is questioning his motives, Billy will suggest that he’s protective of the company along with Jack.

Kyle will seem offended over Billy thinking he needs to protect Jack from his own son, but Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will come to Billy’s rescue and prevent a fight.

After Chelsea reminds Billy that she needs to go meet Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach) for Thanksgiving, he’ll lead her off for her next holiday gathering.

At the GCAC, Ashley will find Tucker sitting with Audra at a table, so she’ll hint about them looking cozy. Tucker will play up how he went against the usual Thanksgiving trend by having bourbon and a burger with Audra.

Once Audra awkwardly heads out, Tucker will join Ashley in the jazz lounge as promised. However, Tucker will make it clear that he doesn’t trust Ashley’s motives.

Ashley will contend that she just wants to help Tucker and Devon repair their damaged relationship. Since it’s Thanksgiving, Ashley will suggest this is a good time to start.

Tucker will doubt that Devon’s going to show up despite Ashley’s invitation, but she’ll have a proposition for him in the meantime.

Ashley will remind Tucker of a company they acquired to serve as the for Simply Ashley, so she’ll urge him to take that and pick up where they left off.

After Ashley says it could be a positive direction for Tucker, she’ll add that he can consider it a gesture of goodwill since she reneged on their business partnership.

In return, Ashley will just hope that maybe for the sake of their children and grandchild, they can have peace.

Tucker will accept that deal and clink glasses with Ashley, but he’ll still seem both skeptical and mischievous.

Back at the Abbott house, Jack will realize Ashley probably won’t make it back in time for the Thanksgiving meal, so he’ll promise everyone that dinner will be served soon.

Before they head to the table, Jack will discuss the struggles that the Abbotts have faced this year and will offer a toast about facing new challenges together.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say there’s more family drama brewing for the Abbott clan, so stick with Y&R.

Russian forces are advancing westward in Ukraine at a rate faster than any other time after the initial days of the 2022 invasion, taking an area half the size of London over the past month as the return of Donald Trump to the White House looms large. Vladimir Putin’s troops swept through swathes of Ukraine in early 2022 and were bearing down on Kyiv in a matter of days, but they were held on the outskirts of the capital before being pushed back and retreating further east. Since then, the 1,000 km (620-mile) front line remained largely static save for some minor offensives one way or the other – that is until Ukraine launched a lightning incursion into Russia’s Kursk region this summer.
