“Cheers to forever and ever,” Justin wrote in a sweet tribute
Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber are celebrating five years of holy matrimony.
The “Yummy” singer, 29, professed his love to his wife Hailey, 26, on Wednesday in a sweet social media post on Instagram.
“To the most precious, my beloved,” Justin began. “5 years. You have captivated my heart. I know from the depths of my soul down to my bones that this journey with you will only exceed our wildest expectations.”
Justin continued, “So let’s keep dreaming big baby. Cheers to forever and ever. I love you with every fiber of my being.”
“HAPPY 5TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!” the “Love Me” artist ended the post.
His tribute was the caption to an Instagram carousel documenting the couple spending quality time with each other over the years. The cover photo was a close-up of the two kissing.
A second image showed Hailey sitting down in front of a cake with two candles and flowers. Justin stood beside her with one arm embracing her as they both smiled. The Rhode founder wore a diamond necklace with the letter “B,” symbolic of their last name.
Hailey also celebrated the milestone with an Instagram post of her own.
“5 ✨🤍 I love you,” the model wrote in a caption with some of the same images shared by her husband. The last photo showed Justin giving her a hug while kissing her on the cheek as she smiled for the camera.
Justin and Hailey’s relationship has played out before the cameras.
In fact, they met for the first time when the model was 12 years old. The interaction was captured on video as Hailey was backstage with her father, Stephen Baldwin, when Justin had an appearance on the Today show. The Usual Suspects actor was friends with Justin’s mother, Pattie Mallette.
There were several other run-ins throughout the years, and in 2015, they were seen kissing in public for the first time at Leonardo DiCaprio’s New Year’s Eve party in St. Barts, where Justin performed. A photo of their smooch also made it to Justin’s Instagram account at the time.
They got engaged in July 2018 and married that September.
While doing press for her skincare line in June 2022, Hailey opened up about their health struggles — her stroke and Justin’s diagnosis with Ramsay Hunt syndrome — detailing how tough times can have a positive outcome.
“Honestly the silver lining in the whole situation — what he went through, what I went through — is it really bonds you. I feel like we’re closer than ever. It really brings us close. So I’ll take that away from it,” she said on Live with Kelly and Ryan.
Earlier this year, Justin interviewed Hailey for Vogue Australia‘s cover story. She revealed what she appreciated the most about her relationship with the Grammy winner.
“My favorite thing about being married is honestly the companionship I feel we have,” she confessed to Justin for the February issue. “Genuinely, you are my best friend in the entire world. There’s nobody I would rather spend more time with or do anything with.”
