Working it: Jennifer Lopez called herself Superwoman as she took to Instagram on Tuesday night after performing a staggering 15 shows in just 27 days

In the snap, JLo looked effortlessly glamorous in a ravishing red bodycon dress as she proudly curled her biceps to show off her toned arms and muscly back.

Styling her brunette locks in a messy up-do, the Love Don’t Cost A Thing hitmaker had her signature JLo glow and accentuatedher bronzed tan with a smoky black eye and ample amounts of highlighter.

She wrote: ‘Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight! When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot… but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…I will work out and be in the best shape of my life…

‘There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could… but here we are with only 3 shows left!!

‘And I am having so many emotions but mostly just feeling strong, happy and grateful!!! #we’renotdoneyet #letsgoooo #makepromisestoyourselfandkeepthem.’

Jennifer keeps in shape with a vigorous work-out routine and is often spotted heading to the gym with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.

Back in June, she told Hello: ‘I am 100 per cent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy.

‘Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness.

Gwen Stefani will take over from JLo and has a 25-date residency in Las Vegas kicking off in December.

Dubbed Gwen Stefani – I’m Just a Girl, her Sin City run will take place in Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
