Just a day after her mother Tina Knowles hit back at ‘racist and self-hating critics’ of her daughter’s Renaissance premiere look, Beyonce is going blonde again.
The 42-year-old singer was accused of lightening her skin when she went blonde for the premiere earlier this week, though that criticism didn’t seem to phase her.
She took to Instagram on Wednesday, sharing eight new snaps of her and husband Jay-Z to her 318 million followers, showing off her stylish blonde look.
The first snap featured the singer in a pristine cropped white hoodie with the hood pulled over her platinum locks.
She rocked black sunglasses and a cream-colored suit coat with white sweat pants and completing her look with white pumps.

Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles furiously struck out at online critics accusing her daughter of lightening her skin in an Instagram video posted Tuesday.
Knowles, 69, was responding after some commenters on social media complained that the 42-year-old superstar appeared to have lighter skin and also wore a platinum blond wig in a photo snapped from her appearance at the Renaissance concert film premiere on Saturday.
Some had suggested that the hitmaker ‘was white now,’ while others complained that ‘she’s not a Black woman!’
‘I am sick and tired of people attacking her,’ Knowles wrote in a lengthy caption to the video in which she denied commenters’ concerns.
She also compared her daughter’s outfit to styles worn by Black entertainers going back at least as far as Etta James.
