The holiday season is going around and Dwayne Johnson has morphed into his Christmas avatar, Dwanta Claus, granting wishes to his beloved fans. Johnson has a huge bank balance, but you know what’s more huge… yes that’s right—his HEART.
In a world where selfishness and inconsideration reign in their prime, the Hollywood star reminds us that being ‘selfless’ is the norm everyone should adopt and follow. With his recent act of generosity, he showed how to be a good person in a world full of evil.
Johnson, recently via his Instagram account, stated that he met a young fan. Make a Wish America made the meeting possible and the little girl’s wish came true whose only desire was to meet ‘The Rock’. Johnson reveals that the name of her adorable fan is Chelsea Craig and she is 9 years old.
In the caption on his post, the former WWE Champion wrote, “These are crazy toxic times – but there’s still a lot of positivity and good things out there in the world — and little Chelsea is one of them.”
In addition, he said that the entire time they were together; she stared at him, smiled, and giggled. She barely said any words to him, but her eyes, smile, and energy said it all and stole his heart. He shared the same excitement and thrill of meeting his young fan as she did because meeting people is – as Johnson said – the best part of his fame.
The Rock: A hero to many…
Johnson is not only a hero in movies but a hero in real life too. He has worked tirelessly to accumulate a million-dollar fortune, and he chooses to use a portion of it to help those less fortunate. After becoming a global phenomenon, he has supported many noble causes, helping people in need.
Johnson has consistently shown his support for the Make-A-Wish foundation, fulfilling wishes and meeting young fans dealing with serious illnesses. He donated $25,000 to the American Red Cross for disaster relief after Hurricane Harvey struck Texas in 2017.
When the COVID-19 pandemic began, Dwayne Johnson and his Project Rock brand teamed up with the athletic apparel company Under Armour to contribute $1 million by donating personal protective equipment (PPE) to frontline healthcare workers.
