The Red Bull driver will keep his racing instincts warm by taking part in the latest sim racing series set up by Team Redline, starting later in January.
Max Verstappen and Team Redline’s Real Racers Never Quit sim-racing series will make a return later this month ahead of the new F1 season.
The series, initially created during the Covid-19 pandemic as a way to fill the racing void, featured Verstappen and a host of Team Redline’s star drivers alongside other stars of the sim-racing world.
After making a successful comeback with a charity event after flooding in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy led to the cancellation of Imola’s F1 race – which featured a hilarious impromptu cameo from McLaren’s Lando Norris – a new six-race series has been confirmed.
The first event is scheduled for January 16, though all further details will be announced at a later date.
