Mohamed Salah is the Liverpool player that works the hardest, according to Trent Alexander-Arnold.
With his 200th goal for the Reds over the weekend, the winger created history and solidified his status as a contemporary Liverpool legend and one of the team’s most productive players.
Alexander-Arnold also praised Salah in an interview with Bein Sports, saying that the defender was amazed by what his teammate has accomplished at Liverpool.
Alexander-Arnold stated: “If I’m fortunate enough to have children and grandchildren, I won’t talk about goals and assists—rather, I’ll talk about how hard he worked, how inspiring he was to the players around him, and how much of a role model and leader he was.
“He’s the most professional player I’ve ever had the honor of playing with; he’s the most diligent and committed to his craft.” He put in a lot of effort and earned the recognition for it; this didn’t just happen to him overnight.
“Due to his accomplishments, he will be remembered as a legend in the annals of football, the Premier League, and Liverpool.”
