Trinny – who will be celebrating her milestone 60th birthday in exactly one month – appeared relaxed yet tired as she was seen yawning a few times after the daily outing.

Earlier in October, the star has revealed she decided to have Botox for the first time at the age of 35 because she was so insecure about her forehead, which she claimed looked ‘like a second mouth’.

The fashion expert is refreshingly open when it comes to discussing procedures or ‘tweakments’, and confirmed she has Botox ‘twice a year’.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Trinny recalled how she thought the cosmetic injection was ‘really f**king clever’ when she was first introduced to it more than 20 years ago, right before her TV career kicked off.

‘I didn’t do Botox until I was 35 and at the time it was really young because it was hardly there,’ she explained. ‘Nobody knew what Botox was, and I was told it would stop my forehead from moving when I did television.’

Trinny burst onto screens in 2001 alongside Susannah Constantine, with the pair teaming up to help the fashion-challenged on the UK version of What Not To Wear.

‘My forehead was literally like a second mouth and it embarrassed me,’ Trinny admitted, before adding: ‘And this person said, “[Botox] will just freeze your forehead”, and I was like, “How f**king clever”… and it did!

‘So, as a result I didn’t progress with so many lines on my forehead because I didn’t give them a chance to start!’

But despite her own penchant for Botox, Trinny is confident that her daughter Lyla – who turns 20 next week – is not planning on picking up her mother’s bi-annual habit.

‘I mean whenever I would have my appointment for Botox, she’d say, “Are you going to see that funny man whose going to put something in your face?” That’s how she looks at it so I don’t think she’s anywhere close to thinking [about it],’ she said.

The mother-of-one continued: ‘She is so fundamentally different from me at her age, that I look upon her in awe. She has a different sense of self than I had… she has an amazing sense of self.’

Trinny also admitted that she ‘hated’ being the age that her daughter is now and was ‘so relieved’ when she entered her thirties.

‘I hated my twenties so much! I was so relieved when my twenties were over,’ she explained. ‘It’s that thing when you don’t yet know who you are to such an extent that you wake up worrying.’

In 2017, the fashion expert launched her very own beauty and skincare brand, Trinny London, for women over the age of 35 who she claims were not being ‘catered for in the market’.

Trinny said: ‘I want to accelerate you getting to a stage where you know who you are and love yourself. If I had to think, “what’s my mission?” it’s to bring that to you sooner.

‘It is a rite of passage but sometimes you can find women at 60 and you think, “you’re not there yet”, so it’s also a generational thing of feeling you don’t have the right to show that you want to care about yourself, or worry about yourself. And it’s more of a privilege now to be able to do that.’
