Nicki Minaj reveals the one song she’d listen to for the rest of her life as she takes The Colbert Questionert

Nicki Minaj said if she only had one song to listen to for the rest of her life it would be a Whitney Houston hit on Tuesday’s episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

The 41-year-old singer while wearing a sheer black outfit and black headband with a colorful Chanel logo shared her answer as Stephen, 59, probed her with his Colbert Questionert to learn more information about her.

‘You only get one song to listen to for the rest of your life: What is it?’ Stephen asked.

‘I Want To Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston,’ Nicki said referencing the late singer’s hit 1987 song.

‘What is the best sandwich?’ Stephen first asked the rapper.

‘Turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, jalapeños, mayonnaise, mustard, toasted, hero, ‘ Nicki said.

‘Summer Jam Hot ’97 radio show,” Nicki said. ‘Many years ago and Michael Jackson came out….He was a surprise guest on Jay-Z’s set.’

‘What is the scariest animal?’ Stephen asked.

‘Apples or oranges?’ Stephen said.

‘Wow it depends on the day,’ Nicki said. ‘Oh my gosh if I had to choose one forever? If I had to choose it I would guess apples because it would help feed me and papa bear more.’

‘I think if you are good you go to heaven,’ Nicki said. ‘I think if you’re bad you go to hell’

‘If you have to go to the bathroom you don’t have to crawl across people,’ Stephen said.

‘I don’t fly in those kinds of planes,’ Nicki said. ‘I’m just kidding.’

‘Favorite smell?’ Stephen asked.

‘Pink Friday 2,’ Nicki said of her perfume.

‘Least favorite smell?’ Stephen asked.

‘In New York when the garbage when the people don’t come around,’ Nicki said.

‘Earliest memory?’ Stephen asked.

‘I remember wanting to go to a place called Burger Boys in my country Trinidad,’ Nicki said.

‘Cats or dogs?’ Stephen asked.

‘Dogs,’ Nicki said.

‘What number am I thinking of?’ Stephen asked.

The  Colbert Questionert is a regular fixture on the CBS talk show and features guests answering the same 15 questions.
