HER engagement to billionaire James Packer recently came to a very sudden end.

But Mariah Carey isn’t wallowing in self-pity, instead the 46-year-old has been embracing single life and enjoying dinner with dancer Bryan Tanaka.

The singer was spotted grabbing a bite to eat with the 33-year-old dancer after a week of hanging out all over Los Angeles, including even trick or treating with her daughter Monroe.

Showing off her famous curves the 46-year-old opted for a low cut tank top which revealed her lacy blue bra beneath.

The mum-of-two teamed it with a baby pink leather jacket and blue jeans – embracing a rare casual side.

Bryan, who is also a choreographer,  also kept it simple in black jeans, T-shirt and a blue bomber jacket.

The pair had looked cosy earlier in the week when they took Monroe trick or treating, amid reports their friendship was a bone of contention for her former fiancé Packer.

Mariah has been friends with Bryan for years and he is one of her longest standing back-up dancers.

Meanwhile it’s been reported that the singing sensation is feeling “depressed” following her split from the Australian hunk.

A source told People magazine: “First the split didn’t seem to faze Mariah. It was like she expected things to be fine soon. Now she realises that things aren’t fine and not being with James makes her depressed.”

Insiders says Mariah – who has five-year-old twins, Morrocan and Monroe, with ex-husband Nick Cannon – has been going out to take her mind off things.

The source continued: “She doesn’t want to sit at home and dwell on it. She is very hurt that he dumped her. She knows she will never be able to find someone like him.”
