The plot of the film is set in an era when the kingdom of Rohan is once again embroiled in intense conflict with the Dunlanders. Helm Hammerhand reigns as the ninth king of Rohan. King Freca, the leader of the Dunlanders, provokes Helm by proposing to marry his daughter Hera to his son Wulf. This provocation ultimately leads to a devastating war between the two clans. During this dramatic confrontation, a well-known fortress plays a decisive role, which fans of “The Lord of the Rings” will certainly be familiar with: Helm’s Deep, the scene of an epic battle in “The Two Towers”.
However, the focus of the film is not just on the two kings. The focus is also on their descendants. On the one hand, we have the brave princess Hera, who grows up in the midst of war and matures into a fearless warrior. On the other side is Wulf, the heir to the throne of Dunland. He is muscular, carries an axe and his face is marked with scars. He embodies the main antagonist of the movie.
