Dua Lipa made a sequined statement at the “Argylle” premiere in London Wednesday night, rocking a sparkling Gucci gown — and coordinating her hair color to her dress — as she celebrated her acting debut.
The “Dance the Night” singer, 28, wore a creation by the Italian fashion house’s new creative director, Sabato De Sarno, for her red carpet moment, with the strapless dress encrusted with maroon sequins on top of a layer of bright purple paillettes.
Lipa — who died her hair a plum-tinged burgundy shade in December — wore her hair in beachy waves, a style not unlike her Mermaid Barbie character in the “Barbie” movie.

The “New Rules” singer accessorized with a gold Cartier Pantheré necklace and ring, wearing smokey silver eyeliner and peachy lipstick.
She was joined on the red carpet by fellow “Argylle” cast members including Henry Cavill, Bryce Dallas Howard and Sam Rockwell, along with their kitty co-star, Chip, who turns out to have a famous owner.
The Scottish Fold, who rides around in a yellow argyle-print backpack with a clear hole in the movie, calls Claudia Schiffer his mom, and Chip’s dad is none other than “Argylle” director Matthew Vaughn.

While Lipa showed off her numerous tattoos in the strapless look, one design that wasn’t visible was the tiny star she got done with Seth Meyers — who was inked with a matching tat — during an episode of “Late Night With Seth Meyers” earlier this month.
Lipa has been delivering one head-turning look after the next this awards season, wearing a beribboned red Prada dress to the Critics Choice Awards and a dramatic black Schiaparelli gown to the Golden Globes 2024.
With plenty more awards shows to come, we’re on the edge of our seats to see her next red-hot look.
