“Ask Blake, I’ve no idea”: Ryan Reynolds Jokingly Labels His Home a Horror House and Shifts Blame to Blake Lively

In a recent playful exchange, Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds jokingly suggests that his wife, Blake Lively, would be better equipped to explain the peculiarities of their home. The celebrity couple, known for their affectionate banter, shared a lighthearted moment in a clip featured on the Instagram page of the sports documentary series Welcome to Wrexham.

The banter ensued when Wrexham co-owner Rоb McElhenney, during a conversation with Reynolds, discovered a loose handrest on a couch. Surprised by the apparent flaw, McElhenney inquired if this was the norm in Reynolds’ household.

In response, Reynolds, seemingly unfazed by the situation, playfully redirected the curiosity to his wife, saying, “Ask Blake. I have no idea.” As McElhenney continued to investigate the couch, Reynolds humorously dubbed their residence a “house of horror.”

However, the mystеry surrounding the couch was soon unraveled when McElhenney realized it was a multifaceted therapy couch with an adjustable handrest, eliciting amusement from both co-owners.

Welcome to Wrexham is a sports documentary series centered around Ryan Reynolds and Rоb McElhenney’s football club. The show has garnered critical acclaim, earning five Primetime Emmy Awards. With two successful seasons behind it, Welcome to Wrexham is set to return for a third season in 2024 on FX.

In a related note, the docuseries recently secured five wins at the 75th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Reynolds, in his Deadpool persona, shared a humorous Instagram story, revealing that he borrowed an Emmy from his Deadpool 3 co-star Hugh Jackman to accept the award for Welcome to Wrexham. Despite the playful banter, the series stands as a testament to the success and acclaim garnered by Reynolds and McElhenney in their foray into sports documentary filmmaking.
