There has been a lot of movement with regard to Kylian Mbappe and his future over the past couple of days as it emerged that he has informed PSG about his decision to leave in the summer.
Mbappe’s contract with PSG expires at the end of the season and an exit has been touted for some time now. But it was confirmed earlier this week, with the forward informing PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi of his decision.
As soon as the news emerged, talks of a move to Real Madrid in the summer picked up momentum like crazy. And even though there have been links to the Premier League, as things stand, Mbappe appears to be on his way to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Florentino Perez has already told Real Madrid players about Mbappe
Now, Santi Aouna of Foot Mercato is reporting that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has already informed the locker room about Kylian Mbappe arriving at the club in the summer.
It must be remembered that Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni tweeted a popcorn emoji after news of Mbappe’s departure became public, implying that he couldn’t wait to see what would happen next.

Now, Santi Aouna is claiming that Perez has already announced the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner’s arrival next season to a number of players in the Merengues dressing room.
Final details being worked on
As reported earlier today, Mbappe’s mother, Fayza Lamari, and Real Madrid CEO Jose Angel Sanchez are working out the final details of the French superstar’s contract before a total agreement is reached.
Furthermore, it is being suggested that the 25-year-old attacker will likely be given the #10 jersey at Real Madrid, currently held by Luka Modric, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
