In a bizarre skit, the “Bad Guy” songstress autographed the “Tammy” actress’ forehead when they walked on stage to present the award for outstanding female actor in a comedy series.
McCarthy, 53, began by telling the Grammy winner a “fun fact” about their surprising connection to each other.
“Since you’re asking, I actually met you in utero because your mom [Maggie Baird] was my first improv teacher. And guess who she was pregnant with? It was you,” the comedian revealed.
“Wow, OK. That’s a lot,” Eilish, 22, responded.

The “Heat” actress continued fangirling over the “Happier Than Ever” hitmaker by asking her to sign her metallic gown, explaining, “I’m just trying to be more present in making memories and I’m trying for more YOLO-ing and less FOMO-ing.”
Eilish denied the request, noting she didn’t want to “ruin” her fellow presenter’s look.
“Will you sign my face?” McCarthy then suggested as the Oscar winner pulled a black Sharpie out of her bag and began printing her name on the actress’ face.

“So, when you and [your bother] Finneas are putting down sick tracks or hot, hot beats…,” McCarthy started asking, before the “Ocean Eyes” charttopper covered her mouth to prevent her from speaking.
“I think that’s better,” Eilish jokingly said as the sketch wrapped up and the audience applauded, completing her signature with a tiny heart.
Earlier in the night, the “What Was I Made For?” singer stepped out on the red carpet in a schoolgirl-inspired ensemble.

She paired a white dress shirt and tie with a sheer sweater vest, black pants and black shoes.
Eilish, who swept her raven tresses back into a loose updo, told E!’s Laverne Cox that she wanted to look “presentable” for the awards show.
This isn’t the end of her awards season, however, as she’s expected to attend the Oscars next month. Her track from the “Barbie” movie is nominated for best original song.
