Celery is a vegetable that contains a lot of nutrients that are good for health. Celery contains a high amount of fiber, vitamins… helping women have smooth, bright skin, reduce acne and freckles. In particular, eating celery speeds up the process of burning calories in the body.

Below is the recipe for lemon and onion smoothie

Material:

– 1kg fresh lemon

– 500g celery- 2 liters of water

Making:

– Buy celery, wash it with water, put it in a basket and drain.

– Cut celery leaves into pieces about 5cm long.- Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice into a bowl, cut the lemon peel and put it in a basket.- Bring a pot with 2 liters of water to boil. After the water boils, add celery and lemon into the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

– After cooking, turn off the stove and wait for the water to cool, then pour in the lemon juice and stir well. Note, only pour lemon juice into the pot when the water has cooled, avoid pouring it in while the water is still hot as it will make the water bitter.

– Use a mesh filter to separate the water and residue to create a lemon-onion smoothie and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

How to use:

We use this smoothie every day and drink it about 30 minutes before eating. If you drink it continuously for 2 weeks, you will see significant results in losing weight and improving your physique to become slim and toned. In particular, the juice can be used as an extremely effective facial massage water, because celery is considered a cosmetic that gives women smooth skin, reduces melasma and freckles.

In addition, instead of using it as a drink, you can also use celery to stir-fry with meats to enrich the dish and change the diet, stimulating appetite.

Note:

Using lemon and celery smoothies has great health effects, but some people with kidney diseases, blood pressure, diabetes or pregnant women should not use it because celery contains chemicals can easily make the disease worse.
