The Boys season 4 cast and characters will also include the return of Claudia Doumit as Victoria Neuman, a congresswoman who publicly opposes Vought, but is secretly a superpowered assassin and the infamous “Head-Popper” who murdered several other members of Congress.

The campaign video sees Congresswoman Victoria Neuman, who will be running for vice president in season 4 on the same ticket as Robert Singer, endorsing phrases such as “Supe Lives Matter,” a reference to the real political and social movement Black Lives Matter.
