The Light Day weight loss method focuses on detoxifying, burning fat, and rejuvenating the body. During the 7 days of implementation, there will be 1-2 days for detox. You can choose the order in which the following menus are applied, each menu corresponds to a day.
Accordingly, you need to choose clean food sources, processed in two forms: steaming and boiling to ensure maximum effectiveness. In one hour, you can only take in a maximum of 150g of food. Menu with low-fat milk cream
This menu’s main purpose is to activate enzymes that have the function of breaking down fat. Prepare 500 – 700 ml of low-fat cream or skim milk and divide them into 5 parts to use throughout the day. On this day, you can drink a cup of coffee according to the formula: 150 ml of coffee with 50 ml of whipped cream.
Carbohydrate supplement menu

Protein supplement menu
According to scientific research, Protein is digested slowly, helping to feel full longer and reduce hunger. You can mix 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese with 100 g of honey. Divide them into 5 meals, eat throughout the day. Or boil 400g of one of the following meats: veal, beef, turkey or skinless chicken breast, then divide into 5 equal portions to eat throughout the day.
Combination menu
Cook 75g of rice with 450g of skim milk into porridge without adding sugar or salt, divided into 3 meals a day. You can eat apples between meals. The total amount of apples eaten during the day should not exceed 1 kg.
Detox
