Ryan Reynolds’s Deadpool 3 has been keeping fans on the edge of their seats for a while. The next movie, which is helmed by Shawn Levy, is the third entry in the highly anticipated Deadpool series. After being put on hold because of the SAG-AFTRA strike, Deadpool 3 filming has finally started in full, with the action comedy scheduled to make its big screen debut on July 26, 2024. Marvel fans have been given a preview of what to anticipate from the film thanks to leaked images from the Deadpool 3 sets that have gone viral in the meantime. In response to the photographs, Ryan Reynolds has now made a sincere plea on social media asking websites to hold off from disclosing any images from Deadpool 3 before the movie’s premiere.

“Surprises are part of the magic of theatrical movies,” Ryan Reynolds wrote in a detailed post on his Instagram stories. Instead of shooting the upcoming Deadpool movie indoors and digitally, it’s crucial that we use practical effects in authentic, natural settings. Telephoto lenses never stop ruining surprises and making things tough for everybody.

“Here’s hoping some of the websites and social channels hold back showing images before they’re ready,” he continued before adding that  Deadpool 3 was being made to deliver maximum joy to the audience. Reynolds expressed that the makers hoped to “preserve” the magic of suspense till the film wrapped up and was ready for the big screen. Acknowledging why people felt the need to post spoilers, the Red Notice actor opined that it was because they were “excited”. “I realize these aren’t real-world issues and it’s firmly in the ‘good problems’ bucket. I love making this movie,” he concluded.

Ryan Reynolds’  Deadpool 3 co-star Hugh Jackman re-shared the story on his official Instagram handle but not without adding a hilarious twist to it. Cutting out the word  Deadpool, Jackman wrote, “What he said but… it’s a new  WOLVERINE movie.”

Recently, leaked pictures of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine fighting one of the primary villains of the film franchise — Sabretooth surfaced online. Jackman was seen holding Sabretooth’s tethered head, indicating that he might have won a battle. In another set of photos, eagle-eyed fans spotted Oscar Issac-starrer Moon Knight’s famous cupcake delivery van on the sets of  Deadpool 3, making them curious about crossover possibilities.
