The Balmain SS/24 stunner shared ways she hides healthy ingredients in meals she prepares for her two children – son Benjamin, 14; and daughter Vivian, 11 – from her 13-year marriage to seven-time Super Bowl champ Tom Brady, which ended in 2022.

‘My kids love all [these recipes],’ Gisele claimed.

‘And your secret ingredients that you have to put on stuff. My mom was always trying to put the vegetables inside the frittata or something, cutting the vegetables really little. I have Gaia Herbs like it has cardamom but I put it in a cookie and they have no idea that it’s like great stuff in it for them.’

Bündchen does so by sweetening desserts like her chocolate date bars with dates and local honey instead of granular sugar.

The IWC Schaffhausen brand ambassador also admitted on the show: ‘I had severe depression and panic attacks in my 20s. But I had no idea that it was correlated with my lifestyle and food was a big part of it.’
