The property, spanning nearly 30,000 square feet on a 10-acre lot, is undergoing significant enhancements, including the addition of sports facilities and a uniquely themed swimming area.

Bezos is establishing himself into Hollywood royalty with this Iconic Estate.

Originally called Jack Warner Estate, the property was originally constructed for Jack Warner (creator of Warner Bros) in the 1930s.

It became the epitome of Hollywood’s golden era of luxury and exclusivity.

Warner, an iconic figure in the film industry, used the mansion as a venue for extravagant parties that were attended by a who’s who of Hollywood, including stars like Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, and Frank Sinatra

Work Resumed in 2023 after a hiatus

After overcoming permit-related setbacks in early 2023, work on the mansion has almost come to an end, aiming to infuse it with luxury and leisure.

Construction barriers scattered across the estate mark the active work zones, highlighting the scale of the ongoing enhancements.

The estate’s upgrades are comprehensive, featuring new tennis courts enclosed by meticulously groomed hedges and a swimming pool with a reef theme, complete with turtle-shaped tiles.

Moreover, the estate boasts a luxurious three-story main house, complemented by two guest houses, a nursery, three hothouses, sprawling terraces, and a nine-hole golf course, all contributing to its opulent charm.

Although some areas are still under construction, the progress indicates a blend of elegance and recreational fun, embodying Bezos’s vision for a grand residence.
