Remember Lady Gaga’s gorgeous ad campaign for Versace last year?

Well, it turns out plenty of Photoshop was used to make the songstress look picture perfect.

Untouched photos from the shoot have leaked which show the Applause singer before airbrushing – and the results are quite shocking.

The pre-Photoshop pics show Gaga’s dark circles under her eyes and uneven complexion. Bruises on her legs can be seen in one shot, and her hair seems to be a darker shade of blonde in another. Not to mention, her arms look slimmer in the final product.

She has yet to comment on the matter, but she’s no stranger to these types of tricks.

The 28-year-old previously thought she looked too airbrushed on the cover of Glamour.

“I felt like my skin looked too perfect. I felt my hair looked too soft,” she said. “I do not look like this when I wake up in the morning…”

She also called for a change in magazines — we guess that doesn’t apply in ads!

Vogue was also put on blast for shrinking the songstress’ waist on its September 2012 cover, which is quite noticeable in the behind-the-scenes video.

Photoshop or no Photoshop, her boyfriend Taylor Kinney loves her regardless.
