She stars in one of the most anticipated movies to be released this fall.

But Jennifer Lopez took a break from promoting Hustlers on Tuesday to get in a workout in Miami.

The 50-year-old looked half her age in an all white workout number that showed off her toned abs and arms. But what stood out the most were her bulging biceps.

The Let’s Get Loud signer was in a white, square neckline cropped top and matching capri pants that came to her waist.

Her figure was on display in the skin tight outfit that she paired with futuristic white The Kooples x Slick Woods sneakers.

Jennifer didn’t hold back on the accessories as she work large gold hoop earrings and gold sunglasses.

She also added a pop of color, as she carried a bright yellow Birkin bag in for her workout.

The bag is reportedly worth $18k at retail, though Hermes limits the Birkins produced yearly so prices can skyrocket above $100k.

As she stepped out of her car, the muscles in her arms seemed to flex and showed how fit the singer truly is.

And she needed those muscles while filming her upcoming movie, opposite Constance Wu and Cardi B.

Hustlers focuses on a group of strippers during the 2000’s financial crisis you scam wealthy men out of money to support themselves.

She has been active on social media promoting the film, sharing clips from the film and giving fans a sneak peak at the action.

In one clip the ladies are at a mall and in character Jennifer spots a little chihuahua and can’t help but pick him up and shower him with love.

‘You’re all gonna fall in love with Mr. Bruce,’ she captioned the clip.

Jennifer also shared a promo for the second season of her fiance, Alex Rodriguez’s podcast with Barstool Sports, The Corp.

The couple began dating in 2017 and got engaged in March of this year. She also shares twins, Max and Emme, 11, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

In Hustlers, JLO stars as a veteran stripper Ramona and though she began her career as a dancer it didn’t prepare her for the intensity of pole dancing.

The mother-of-two told EW that at first she was ‘terrible’ at working the pole and it left her body bruised and strained.

‘I did eventually. Because I get real determined,’ she said. ‘But when I tell you I was bruised everywhere; my legs had never been bruised like that in my life. Torn shoulder, the whole thing. But we got through it.’

Because her character is the veteran dancer of the group she ‘knew Ramona had to be the best dancer. And the one in the club, like she was the one. And I was like “I don’t know how I’m gonna do this.”‘

As well as dancing, apparently there are some fight scenes that took a toll on the rest of the cast.

The former American Idol judge told Access that while filming a fight scene with the Crazy Rich Asians star, things got a bit too real and she thought she ‘broke her nose,’ though Constance pushed through.

After that Jennifer said she ‘knew [Constance] was a gangster.’

The film, which hits theaters September 13, is expected to earn $24 million opening weekend, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
