True Thompson helps mom Khloé Kardashian work out in her lavish home gym
Khloé Kardashian’s daughter, True, helped spice up her mom’s workout routine.
Kardashian, 39, shared videos of her workout on Instagram Tuesday and in the clips, her daughter could be seen helping her exercise in her luxurious at-home gym.
Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” could be heard playing in the background of the videos as Kardashian moved True, 5, around the room on a sled push.

“When the kids don’t have school,” Kardashian wrote on top of the clips.
True was an active part of the activity, too, as she could be heard telling her mom when to stop.
The mom of two’s videos come after she missed the 2024 People’s Choice Awards on Sunday, due to a migraine.
Kardashian was honored at the ceremony with the Reality TV Star of the Year award for the sixth year in a row, so she took to her Instagram to thank fans the following day.
“The very first couple of years I thought this has to be a fluke, people feel bad for me,” she said in the video. “It was like, sure, could be a mistake. I don’t know, but now this is my sixth year winning and that is sort of hard for my brain to understand and I don’t feel worthy.”
The “Kardashians” star also shares her 19-month-old son, Tatum, with ex Tristan Thompson, who was recently suspended from the NBA for violating their anti-drug program.
The ex-couple’s son, Tatum, has also gotten in on mom’s workout fun. In a black and white Instagram Story from April 20, 2023, Kardashian shared an adorable video of her baby watching her work out.

To cope with the stress of being a single parent, Kardashian says working out helps.
“Workout is my therapy,” the Good American co-founder said on Snapchat at the time.
“For me, it’s the best way to cope with stress.”
