Cardi B is famous for her provocative tongue. And the female rapper’s fashion style is the same, full of rebellion and drama. Since collaborating with stylist Kollin Carter, Cardi B has increasingly had spectacular outfits when appearing in public. At the 2021 American Music Awards (AMA), Cardi B appeared with not one, but seven extremely unique outfits!

It’s easy to understand why Cardi B is excited about her appearance at AMA 2021. Because this is the first time she has been invited to host the show. In addition, the female rapper was also nominated in 3 categories: most favorite music video, most favorite female hip hop artist, and most favorite hip hop song.

“I’m wearing a lot of outfits tonight,” Cardi B revealed to fans before the AMA 2021 took place. “I only slept for 2 hours. Get up at 10 a.m. to rehearse. Everything was finished at 2pm. Dressing. And now I’m back, ready to host!”

Let’s see what outfit this quirky girl chose to come to AMA 2021.

First, when appearing on the AMA 2021 red carpet, Cardi B made it difficult for fans to recognize her. Because she covered herself from head to toe in Schiaparelli clothes. The dress is made of black crepe jersey fabric, covered with a black veil.

Even her face is hidden behind a golden mask reminiscent of Egyptian mummies. On her ears, she wears long earrings, designed in the shape of a magic eye, with dangling fingers.

Completing the outfit as if it came out of Schiaparelli’s surreal oil painting were a pair of black gloves. Schiaparelli attached each gold nail with metal to match other jewelry.

Cardi B won the Favorite Hip Hop Song category with Up . She accepted the award in a custom-made Jean Paul Gaultier dress. The see-through chartreuse chiffon fabric design is inspired by a Haute Couture model from the French fashion house’s Fall-Winter 2019 collection. Thus, on the same night of AMA 2021, Cardi B wore haute couture outfits three times, from famous French couturiers.
