Anderson Talisca: Ronaldo’s ‘partner in crime’ at Al Nassr scores Roberto Carlos like goal

Anderson Talisca’s stellar performance made Al-Nassr not to feel the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo in their AFC Champions League Group E encounter with Al-Duhail on Tuesday night, Newspremises understands.

The Brazilian striker who is currently in remarkable form after recovering from an injury, scored two impressive goals that initiated a remarkable comeback against Al-Duhail, the Qatari champions.

The match saw former Barcelona player Philippe Coutinho and Talisca’s compatriot, initially putting Al-Duhail in the lead by scoring from close range after an assist from Kenyan striker Michael Olunga.

However, it was Talisca who emerged as the driving force for Al-Nassr. He skillfully received a pass from Abdulrahman Ghareeb, executed a swift turn, and unleashed an unstoppable right-footed strike into the net.

His performance underscored his crucial role in turning the game around for the Knights of Najd.

Talisca nets Roberto Carlos-esque goalazo

As if that wasn’t enough, the 29-year-old replicated a page from Roberto Carlos’s playbook, unleashing a powerful left-footed shot that flew past the helpless goalkeeper Salah Zakaria.

His goal was reminiscent of Carlos’s legendary free-kick against France in 1997, which defied the laws of physics.

As reported by SportBIBLE, Carlos’s strike, clocked at 136.7kph, appeared to be heading wide but remarkably bent back towards the post, leaving spectators in awe.
