Former President Donald Trump called Kim Kardashian the ‘World’s most overrated celebrity’ while boosting her ex-husband Kanye West.
Trump attacked Kardashian over an account from his time in the White House in ABC News chief Washington correspondent Jonathan Karl ‘s new book, Tired of Winning: Donald Trump and the End of the Grand Old Party.
A source told Karl that Trump would grant commutations if she got her friends who were football stars to visit him in the White House.
‘Trump listened to her requests and demanded a straight-up quid pro quo,’ Karl wrote.

Kardashian made the requests ‘seeing it as a small price to pay to get justice for people she believed were serving unjust sentences’, Karl wrote, but all the players she asked refused.
‘Trump had become too toxic,’ he continued. ‘In the final two weeks of his presidency, nobody wanted to be anywhere near him.’
The former president called Karl a ‘Fake News reporter’ with ‘sooo little talent’.
‘In the “book” he has the World’s most overrated celebrity, Kim Kardashian, supposedly telling me that she “would leverage her celebrity to get football stars to come to the White House,” if I would commute the sentences of various prisoners,’ wrote Trump in a Truth Social post on Wednesday.
Trump added that he had ‘many teams’ from all sports in the White House and would immediately withdraw an invitation to any that showed even slight reluctance.
The ex-president acknowledged he helped with prisoner commutation – an issue Kardashian pushed for non-violent offenders – ‘but only if deserving, and much more so for Kanye West than for Kim, who probably voted for Crooked Joe Biden, and look at the mess our Country is in now’.
Trump did have many teams from different leagues in the White House, but also had some of his invitations turned down. One reason was that Trump criticized NFL players for kneeling at games during the Star-Spangled Banner in opposition of racial injustice.

In one instance, Trump canceled an invitation to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018 upon learning that players planned to boycott.
Kardashian visited Trump in the Oval Office in 2018 and posed for a picture standing behind him. Kardashian and Trump worked together on some commutations, but he stopped speaking with her as she advocated for helping death row inmate Brandon Bernard because she tweeted a congratulations to Joe Biden for winning the 2020 election.
After that, Trump reportedly didn’t want to hear ‘a word’ from Kardashian and said, ‘They’re gonna have to get Kanye to call me instead’.
Trump said that Karl wrote ‘another bad book’ published this week with ‘many other false stories’ but that there was ‘nothing worth mentioning!’
