Beyoncé failed to walk the red carpet at her own world premiere at the film for her Renaissance world tour as her A-list pals and family came to support her.
The singer, 42, was spotted by onlookers inside the event with her eldest daughter Blue Ivy, 11, confirming that she did attend the screening.
While her friends happily posed for pictures, Beyonce steered clear of the limelight and opted for a low-key arrival at the premiere celebrating her new film.
The screening was held at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater and attracted a star-studded crowd including her Destiny’s Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.
It was a private affair with guests receiving a ‘save the date’ invite that only included the time and a dress code which requested ‘cosy opulence’.

According to Variety, the location of the theatre was only revealed to Beyonce’s guests just 24 hours before the screening took place.
The publication reported that guests were advised to ‘take a ride share to an address in Beverly Hills, where they were then directed to the location of the screening’.
Beyonce didn’t make her arrival the lights in the theatre were dimmed. An announcer then told guests no photos or recordings were permitted.
Beyonce’s guests also included, Lizzo, Janelle Monáe and Lori Harvey.
The Hollywood heavyweights descended upon the venue to get the first glimpse of the movie based on the pop icon’s record-breaking tour over the summer.
Channeling Old Hollywood glamour, Lizzo looked incredible in her white satin gown and matching opera gloves, as Kelly shimmered in a silver metallic showstopper.
Janelle was a polka dot diva in her unique sartorial choice, while Lori dared to impress in a black snakeskin mini dress.
Other members of Tinseltown’s best and brightest that did their best to channel ‘cozy opulence’ were Gabrielle Union, The Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey, Blackish star Marsai Martin, Laverne Cox, Niecy Nash-Betts, and Tina Knowles.
Michelle took the plunge in a daring black number.
The band were also joined by Destiny’s Child founding members LaToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson, making it a rare occasion for all five girl group members to be under the same roof.

The premiere of Renaissance: A Film by Beyonce comes after the latest trailer gave a peek at Beyonce reuniting her the former members of her girl group Destiny’s Child.
About 40 seconds into the clip fans get a brief glance of Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland reuniting with Destiny’s Child’s collaborators LaTavis Roberson and LaToya Luckett.
The Single Ladies singer, 42, embraced Roberson while Rowland, 42, hugged Luckett.
Bey and Williams founded Destiny’s Child with Roberson and Luckett while Michelle Williams, 44, joined the group later.
According to the official synopsis for the film, the project ‘accentuates the journey of RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri.
