She posted a rare unedited photo of herself that showed off the indent in her face left after having skin cancer removed.

Khloe posted a close-up pic of her face online, revealing that a big portion of her cheek is missing after being removed for testing.

In the snap, the mom of two appeared to be posing in a mirror, partially obscuring her face with her phone.

The outline of her cheek was visible and she drew an arrow pointing toward it to further highlight the dramatic change to her appearance.

Khloe captioned the photo: “Not that we needed the arrow to point out the huge indentation on the side of my face….. but because we had to remove the tumor from my cheek I was left with an indentation.”
