A wonderful and weird advertisement features CRISTIANO RONALDO and Neymar, so it’s evident that they’re enjoying the off-season.
The world-renowned figures got their kicks in the ring, wrestled, and then tried their hand at table tennis.
The commercial, shot in Turin, the home of Juventus, features a shredded Ronaldo, 34.
Meo is a mobile network in Portugal that it is advertising.
Ronaldo and Neymar begin the commercial by acting out audience recommendations while they go head-to-head inside the ring.
They playfully touch gloves and pretend to have a fight in the Floyd Mayweather style until Neymar starts dancing to Brazilian music, causing Ronaldo to burst into laughter.
The altercation escalates into a full-on wrestling match when the two “fighters” don WWE masks and three Neymars appear out of nowhere.
The two compete in a table tennis battle in an alternate ad.
Unfortunately, they are both too skilled with bats, so they have to play with chopsticks.
A large grin appears on Ronaldo’s face as the commercial ends, and he cleverly uses his chopsticks to catch the ball as Neymar unleashes a massive forehand.
While the Brazilian is appearing in ads, he is definitely not part of Paris Saint-Germain’s training program.
The 27-year-old attacker was absent from practice this week despite being expected to return to the team.
The [first-team] operations of Paris Saint-Germain were resumed after Neymar was summoned, according to a statement issued by PSG.
PSG has determined that Neymar failed to appear at the scheduled location and time without prior club authorization.
“PSG deplores this situation and will take the appropriate measures resulting from it.”
The club was aware of his impending absence, according to Neymar’s dad, thus he has not gone missing.
Since PSG is eager to extract the most money out of the sale of the player—they paid £198 million for him only two years ago—they will not fire him.
Yet, Neymar appears to be getting closer to rejoining Barcelona at the moment.
The Catalan giants have contacted PSG regarding a deal, according to PSG.
Leonardo spilled the beans to Le Parisien, saying: “Neymar can leave PSG if there is an offer that suits everyone.”
After being directly asked about any communication with Barcelona, Leonardo—a former star for AC Milan—said, “Yes.”
When asked whether Neymar had said he wanted to leave, Leonardo responded, “It’s clear to everyone.” Neymar has threatened to “go to war” with PSG over his departure. However, in football, your statements can change from day to day. It’s like that, but it’s incredible.
We also had conversations with his entourage. The truth is known by everybody. Everyone involved understands the stance.
